Another newbie

Just saying hi as iv'e just bought an edge 
I've had tropical fish since the age of 10(40 now).
At my last house i built a koi pond(12,000 litres) and miss it greatly.
So today is a big step as i will have fish i n my life again.
Albeit a couple of goldfish for my 2 year old.
My edge is doing the noisy pump but time will tell.Lets hope this is the rebirth of my hoby
Just got to convince the better half
